As of February 2023, the Planning Department was awaiting an Environmental Impact Statement from the developer, The Farrell Building Company. Based on the results, the Planning Department will determine if changes are needed to the proposed
plan. Timing on breaking ground will be determined by how quickly the Environmental Impact Statement is submitted. Construction is being planned to happen in phases. Phase I will commence once the whole project is approved.

What is being proposed?

99 luxury single-family homes, 6 lots of open space, and 1 lot for community amenities and clubhouse. Some homes will be designated for Senior Living (Parcel A). Homes will range in size from 3,000-6,200 sq ft. Most
homes will not have a basement due to the high water table. The developer currently is looking at list prices from $1.1-$5 Millon Dollars.

Yellow - Fully compliant with current zoning requirements.

Peach - Meets or exceeds 30,000 sq ft lot requirement, but needs waivers for setback
Red - Meets or exceeds 30,000 sq ft lot requirement, but needs waivers for setback and frontage
